Subscription questions

When am I charged and when does it ship?

Bi-weekly crates renew every other Friday and ship the following Monday. The Mystery Box renews on the 1st and ships within the first week of the month.

Can I switch between crates?

Yes, any time before your renewal. Switch between the three bi-weekly crates freely; moving to or from the Mystery Box changes your cadence to monthly or back.

Will I get the same ramen twice?

Sometimes. A few favorites anchor each crate most rotations, and the rest changes around them. Every rotation's full contents are posted above before you're charged.

Why reserve instead of checking out?
