How do $15 Friday Drops work?
Every Friday at 12:00 PM ET we release 10 All-Asia Mystery Boxes at $15 instead of $32.99. First come, first served, one per customer, usually gone in under a minute. Join the waitlist to get the link the second the vault opens.
Frequently asked questions
Can I change my subscription tier later?
Yes. Switch between the Noodle Vault, Candy Craze, and Savory Snack Den any time before your bi-weekly renewal date. Upgrading to the All-Asia Mystery Box moves you to a monthly cadence.
Where do the snacks come from?
All products are authentic imports sourced from regional distributors in Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, and Thailand. We never repackage; you get the original retail packaging.
Will I get the same product twice?
Sometimes, by design. A few staples anchor each crate most rotations, and the rest changes around them. The full contents of every rotation are posted on the Subscriptions page before you're charged.
How does single-item purchasing work?
If you love a specific ramen or snack, buy it as a 6, 12, or 24-pack in the Bulk Store, with or without a subscription. Subscribers' bulk orders ship free with their next crate.
What happens if I miss the Friday Drop?
You'll see a consolation code on the drop page for 24 hours: $5 off any subscription or Bulk Store 12-pack. And the vault reopens next Friday.
Do you ship outside the US?
US only at launch, including Alaska and Hawaii. Canada is next; tell us if you want in.
