Before you write
Where's my crate?
Every crate ships with tracking, emailed the day it leaves. If it's been more than 7 days since that email, write in with your order number and we'll chase it.
Can I pause or switch crates?
Yes, any time before your renewal date. Switch between the Noodle Vault, Candy Craze, and Savory Snack Den, or skip a cycle.
Wholesale or collaborations?
We're open to it. Use the form and mention wholesale in the first line.
